There's a gentle wind blowing
across the Body of Christ and in each individual believer’s own personal
relationship with the Lord. Many have turned back because of the
stirring of their circumstances but this wind is causing all things that
are not firmly rooted and grounded upon the foundation of Jesus Christ
to be shaken. The purpose of this shaking is the removal of all things
hindering the vision of Lord from being revealed within us and around
us. As we stand still and see the salvation of the Lord, we will enter
into the fullness of the promises He has ordained for us. We are truly
called for such a time as this. This is the day of salvation and as we
stand in that which we know to be true and faint not, we will enter into
the promises.
The Lord desires our whole
hearts. This present wind of His Spirit is creating within us a clean
heart and renewing a right spirit. It’s only with a clean heart and
right spirit that we will make an impact on the lives, situations, and
circumstances around us. Many things are happening in the earth with the
storms, earthquakes, abundant rain, flooding, and wars and with people
groups. There are many of us who are facing storms. The Wind of the
Spirit has begun to blow against long-standing beliefs that are in
direct opposition to the vision coming forth. The Lord, Himself is
shaking our foundations to the core so all He is will become part of who
we are; all that’s not of Him will fall by the way side and be left
behind as we continue to run with Him. He is the one accelerating the
pace of our circumstances. The rains are the symbol of the outpouring of
His grace to enable us to live in His abiding presence. As we abide in
Him He will come and abide in us.
He is removing the veil that
has kept us from seeing the full light of His glory His countenance and
His presence. We have drawn back from His presence because we have been
aware of our own condition. In the light of His presence, all things
will grow dim and He will be the only focus.
The Lord is saying to draw near
to His throne of grace and stand to see Him in the fullness of His
salvation, which already dwells within us. We are to come boldly before
His throne of grace; all hindrances will grow dim in the sight of His
ever-increasing presence. His glory will be manifested through us. It’s
not us, but His resurrection power manifested through the presence of
His grace and mercy, which will draw all men to Him. He is the light of
the world therefore; we are to be the light of the world. His glory will
be revealed in us causing the lost to seek Him. As we continue to seek
His heart, we will be led into those places where we will see Him face
to face and the light of His love will guide us. We shall be holy
because He is holy. We will have authority, as He is all authority. We
will have His power as He is made manifest in us. It’s He that is in us
and not we ourselves that will shine forth from the storms that are yet
to come.
We are to rest in the gently
blowing wind - the breath of His Spirit and we will be hidden from the
storms of this life.
